The College of Staten Island remains a phenomenal bargain, continuing to place a world-class education within reach for many; and at $5,730 per year for New York State residents and $15,300 per year for non-residents, our current tuition remains one of the lowest in the country. And though close to half of our undergraduate students already receive federal or state aid, the College also offers merit-based scholarships to entering freshmen. High-performing prospective students (with a cumulative academic average of 90% or above) are eligible to apply. In order to be considered, applicants must complete the following steps by the Friday, February 28, 2014 deadline: 1. Download the CSI 2013 – 2014 Scholarship Application. 2. Submit a personal essay. 3. Submit two letters of recommendation. 4. Demonstrate volunteer and community service. You can direct your eligible students to visit our website to learn more.
